HelioKlischograph K2
The HelioKlischograph K2 is an ideal, economical entry-level engraver for electromechanical cylinder engraving “Made in
Germany” and is fully equipped to handle all types of jobs, including gravure cylinders for contone, vignette, and linework
reproduction, and technical cylinders for transferring inks, coatings, and glues. Special features of the K2 include High Quality Hinting, which improves the appearance of fine text and graphics, and MultiTune for sharper lettering.
The K2 comes with the speedy 5 kHz HELL CS engraving system as standard. Type B and type CX HELL standard engraving systems can also be used.
HelioKlischograph K5
The HelioKlischograph K5 is a user-friendly engraver that offers the perfect start to productive electromechanical cylinder engraving. The comprehensive hardware equipment guarantees fast and high-quality engraving results in HD gravure quality.
The K5 comes with the HelioSprint BC+ engraving system as standard, supporting speeds of up to 9 kHz. The motorized support with integrated autofocus camera facilitates semi-automatic cell measurement. Production-related data such as engraving parameters and camera images are saved in the job ticket. HelioKlischograph K5 Smart
The HelioKlischograph K5 Smart is the clever all-rounder in cylinder engraving. Equipped with all the top features of HD Gravure, the K5 Smart achieves fast and very high quality engraving results.
HD Gravure is the new quality standard in packaging gravure. HD Gravure improves contour sharpness and the reproduction of fine details. Tight engraving tolerances ensure simplified colour matching in printing and increased repro ducibility. Optional in the K5 Smart: the comprehensive automatic quality control with Certified Engraving.

HelioCom
HelioCom is a workstation for designing cylinder layouts in packaging gravure that features extremely user-friendly operation, unique functions and powerful Mac hardware. HelioCom was developed jointly by Hell Gravure Systems and Esko Artwork, the leading manufacturer of professional prepress software for packaging. With over 500 units installed, HelioCom is the number 1 worldwide for professional layout creation and cylinder engraving.
With HelioCom, cylinder layouts are created under constant visual control. This applies to full-color and separated views and to both coarse- and fine-image modes. A large number of powerful tools are available for assembly.
Cellaxy C500
Cellaxy defines the high-end in gravure. Cellaxy also meets the highest embossing and coating requirements. The Cellaxy laser system’s universal design enables adjustments to be made based on intelligent algorithms without any mechanical changes. This ensures the high-power, high-quality laser beam can be utilized to optimum effect in any application.
One feature exclusive to Cellaxy is the use of up to two fiber lasers in the 600 W performance class, making it the most productive direct laser on the market. Thanks to its platform design, Cellaxy can optionally be equipped with any type of laser, meaning it is also prepared for future developments such as the high-performance classes of nano and pico lasers.

HD Gravure
Color brilliance and excellent run stability are just two of the advantages gravure printing has over other printing methods. It also boasts soft vignettes down to 0 percent and ultrafine screens.
Contour sharpness on linework, however, is less pronounced in gravure printing, as is detail reproduction on fine graphical elements. This can have a detrimental effect on the legibility of small text. In addition, the proof prints that are generally required are very costly.
